The planning study strives to reach a balance aesthetics, functionality and budget, leading the work towards the customization of the building so as to produce a unique construction.

All projects are personally supervised and checked by Giovanni Valenti who always uses a craftsman’s approach to the work based on his personal direct involvement in all phases of the project, directing the work towards the client’s particular requirements and in his personal needs.
